The Irvine 11 get the OCDA treatment as a Grand Jury is convened to review the case of the Irvine 11 (Read here). In the mean time, the University of California, Irvine’s Chancellor’s Office issues “an apology” for a case of racist insensitivity during a “Chicken and Waffles” incident to “conmemorate” MLK day. Where is the administration on this? On the case of the Irvine 19? On the issues of Chalking? On their violations of free speech? When is the king going to stand up for his slaves?
Listen (below) to the “so-called” expert, Dean Chemerinsky (UC Irvine, School of Law), say he doesn’t believe other incidents on campus are comparable. Either he is deliberately not watching the right youtube videos or he is just so busy collecting donations and appearing on radio talk shows that he doesn’t have time:
